Housing planning is the process by which government agencies determine the intensity and geographic arrangement of housing in a community; a type of land-use planning

Planning:
is any work going according to the decision to achieve a clear objective approach, and that includes with it the many humanitarian operations.
Housing Planning means:
the study of the reality of the housing within the residential environment
